Breaking Changes

• deleted source for Ku-Ring-Gai: GUI configuration should be migrated automatically while YAML configuration need to configure the impactapps_com_au source
• derby_gov_uk no longer support Post code + house number lookup you may need to reconfigure the source
• Peterborough, UK probably needs to be reconfigured
• Königstein, DE: You need to reconfigure to the AWIDO source
• cambridge_gov_uk and scambs_gov_uk are deprecated GUI configurations will automatically be migrated to the new greater_cambridge_waste_org source YAML configuration should migrate (the old sources still work for now)
• Lippe, Germany: removed, use abfallnavi_de instaed. GUI configurations will be migrated into a broken abfallnavi_de configuration and need to reconfigure (3 dots next to source -> reconfigure) and add a street here. Yaml configurations need to manually migrate to abfallnavi_de.
