Auto-detect available DHCP server (isc-dhcp-server or dnsmasq) and use appropriate configuration. Falls back to dnsmasq if ISC DHCP is not installed, with clear error if neither is available. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <[email protected]>
