Unable to find some HA entities to set up car charging

I'm running both Predbat and HA in docker containers. I'm trying to get car charging working with predbat and my zappi charger. Looking at the docs https://springfall2008.github.io/batpred/car-charging/#configure-appsyaml-for-your-car-charging

Set select.predbat_car_charging_plan_time to the time you want the car charging to be completed by

Turn on switch.predbat_car_charging_plan_smart if you want to use the cheapest slots only. When disabled (turned off) all low-rate slots will be used in time order

• I cant find either of these entities - should I expect to find them in Home Assistant under Entities or Helpers? Or somewhere in the Predbat web UI?
• I'm also unclear what "Low rate slots" are defined as?
• The plan below looks odd - I would expect the plan to charge the car at the cheaper rates later in the night?

Firstly setup apps.yaml https://springfall2008.github.io/batpred/apps-yaml/#car-charging-integration

If you have not set num_cars to 1 or more then the Predbat car entities won't be created...

Ah thanks - yes I needed to set num_cars.
