Set Load Adjustment on the plan doesn't work as I expect

Set Load Adjustment on the plan doesn't work as I expect. Best illustrated with an example.

If I click a Load kWh cell on the plan, I understand from the docs that 1.0 means "no adjustment", 0.5 means 50%, 2.0 means 200%, and so on.

I have a cell with no adjustment, it reads 0.44.

If I set a 0.5 adjustment, it reads 0.94 (I expect 0.22)

If I set a 1 adjustment, it reads 1.44 (I expect 0.44)

If I set a 2 adjustment, it reads 2.44 (I expect 0.88)

These readings come after the run which adding the adjustment seems to trigger.

Any ideas?
