Open URL with Source Browser

@studgeek suggested a new action called Open URL with Source Browser now that the plugin supports Canary. It will also be a good thing when Chrome's Scripting Bridge interface gains support for profiles.

Bookmarks, history entries and open tabs all now have the command Open URL in Source Browser.

I can see it in the actions list, but it doesn't seem to show up in the action list for bookmarks or for hand typed URLs.

If I group action by type its under "URLs from Chrome" rather than "URLs". Perhaps that is the issue?

PS, Would be cool if there was a "search with source browser also". This is really cool stuff!
