Allow code to be printable on a physical printer

If possible, it would be nice to print the entire program instead of the one page offered by printing through the browser.

There is an extraneous second page with only header and footer. This is probably be the serial terminal, but again one might want to not print this at all (usually) or print the entire serial window, not just the visible page.

Great idea. This isn't really a bug, but a non-implemented feature.
